How to understand Your self

This article is really only as accurate as the person reading it is, so if you’re sitting there in 10 minutes thinking,“Hold on! I knew that already!”, then you already understand yourself pretty well

1.      Figure out what you like, foods, hobbies and stuff like that and make a mental note of your preferences.

2.      Figure out your mind state, are you usually happy, sad or just go with the time, figuring that out will be a huge step on your self discovery.

3.      Understand your own body, some people are double jointed, some people are really tall, understand what your using and how it works.

4.      Understand your thought process, is your natural idea to get angry, sad or confused, understand how you think.

5.      If you figure out who you are and dont like it, change it.

6.      If your always getting angry or sad at yourself, then you have no idea who you are, try and figure this out.

Do not get to angry at yourself.
